2008 BOOTH COSTS

NEPC Members:  $1395.00  (booth prices includes carpet, 
      food permit costs, and badges for 10 representatives)

Non-NEPC Members:  $1595.00 (booth prices includes carpet,
      food permit costs, and badges for 10 representatives)

The cost for additional and duplicate badges is $25.00 per badge.

10% discount on each additional booth (up to maximum of 4 booths)

Included in each booth:  All 10 X 10 foot booths include food permit,
carpet, draping, table with two chairs, 10 badges and a sign.

Additional costs may include:  Electricity, additional lighting, and labor.
More information will be included in your vendor package.

Note:  Some additional services may be costly, please check vendor package.

based on the date payment is received.
All booth locations will be at the discretion
of the New England Produce Council.

PLEASE NOTE:  50% Per Booth Non-Refundable Cancellation Fee will apply to ALL booth cancellations. No refund or cancellation on booth costs will be honored after March 9, 2008. Booth payment must be received by NEPC office prior to show date.
